1. The project submitted shall only include Rothoblaas products?

   The presence of only Rothoblaas products is not binding for evaluation purposes. The only design constraint is the use of the ALUMEGA connector family.

2. Is it possible to participate with a project already carried out by redesigning it with ALUMEGA?

   Yes, it is possible. It is also possible to participate with reviews of projects already carried out with other construction systems (e.g. concrete structure potentially reconverted using timber).

3. Will there be an award ceremony?

   The award ceremony will be held during the Mass Timber Seminar International 2024 at our headquarters in Cortaccia (BZ).

4. If I am part of a study group/company/technical firm, is the prize awarded to me or to all the members?

   The prize will be awarded to those who submit the project through the competition entry form.

5. Who will choose the winner?

   The participants in the Mass Timber Seminar International 2024, experts in the sector, will have the task of choosing the winners among the finalists pre-selected by the technical jury.

6. How will the winning project be made visible at Forum Holzbau 2024?

   Part of the Rothoblaas stand at international events will be dedicated to the winner's project.

8. Is it possible to contact one of your consultants if I have any doubts about the project I am carrying out?

9. Is there a weight limit of the uploaded ZIP file?

   No, there is no limit to the weight of the files.

10. What kind of files are allowed for uploading?

    .pdf files and high resolution .jpeg images are preferable. However, there are no technical constraints for the use of other formats.
